Belonging,
wherever you are.

What would it be like to walk into a room and feel like you belonged completely, from head to toe?

You’d stand in your full height, not looking down on anyone in judgement or up at anyone in envy; you’d just be… you.

Yes, you’d see others’ strengths, but you wouldn’t compare them to yours. You would value what each person brings, and feel inspired and encouraged that the great things other people are doing are possible.

You wouldn’t be blind to your struggles or weaknesses, and you also wouldn’t be blind to your strengths and gifts. All of it counts as part of your current self.

You’d appreciate love from the outside, but you’d be so full of love on the inside that you didn’t require it.

It’s possible. And it’s the only way you’ll be able to share your gifts authentically.

You’re ready to move from thriving to experiencing the deep satisfaction and fulfillment of helping others also thrive
You’re in “survival mode” and are struggling just to get by.

(Note: If this is where you are, don't worry! I have plenty of resources out there for free, to get you from surviving to thriving.)

Hi, I’m Shalon.

(pronunciation: rhymes with "salon")

I’ve spent the past two decades helping people (including myself) transform their lives by answering the call to “something bigger.

Whether it's creating a new organization, writing a book, stepping into thought leadership, embracing a personal life change, or transforming a relationship, I understand what it takes to create change.

Let’s work together to make this next chapter everything you’ve dreamed of—and more.

Walking the walk...

Each of our lives and paths are unique, and "something bigger" looks different for everyone. Here's a few examples of how I've lived (and continue to live) what I teach:

Answering the call to "something bigger" means being willing to create and ship, again and again. You can find a lot of joy and satisfaction in the creative process, without feeling limited or tied down by a single title or category. Just find people who need help, identify how you can help them, and put your ideas into action. I'd love to help you do that.
